Residents living in Batu Ampar Urban Village, Kramat Jati, commended the swift action of personnel in handling a retaining wall collapse that occurred on March 22, 2026. 

Wawan Roswandi, Chairman of Neighborhood Unit (RT) 02/03 Batu Ampar, stated that the rapid emergency response is vital to ensure a sense of security and restore community accessibility.
