The National Student Sports Week (POPNAS) XVII and the National Student Paralympic Week (PEPARPENAS) XI 2025 were officially opened at the Jakarta International Velodrome.

The event was opened by Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung, Deputy Governor Rano Karno, and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Taufik Hidayat.
