Jakarta City Council's Commission A Vice Chairwoman, Alia Noorayu Laksono ensured that the employee transfer policy within the Jakarta Provincial Government has been implemented in accordance with regulations.

It was conveyed by Alia in response to a statement from comedian Soleh Solihun who said that the rotation of Jakarta Provincial Government employees was carried out suddenly.

Alia said that the Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, has ensured that all transfer processes are carried out according to procedure.

"I believe he ran it according to the regulatio n," she said.

She added that as a State Civil Servant, every employee must be prepared to be placed anywhere and at any time. She noted that new assignments sometimes come with minimal preparation time, but this is part of the profession.

Previously, Deputy Jakarta Governor, Rano Karno stated the rotation of thousands of echelon 3 and 4 employees was carried out through a long, planned and measured process, so it was not a spontaneous or sudden policy.

Apart from that, the sudden issuance of a mutation Decree is a common thing in bureaucracy to prevent potential transfer processing.
