Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is detouring traffic at Jalan Ciputat Raya, Jalan TB Simatupang, Jalan RA Kartini, and Jalan Deplu Raya, to allow for the installation of the Pesanggrahan SPAM pipes until December 2025.

"This will be adjusted according to the current fieldwork conditions," said Jakarta Dishub Head, Syafrin Liputo, through the press release received by Beritajakarta Editorial, Saturday (11/15).

He admitted, this is in accordance with the work stages to ensure the road remains functional during the project.

The jacking pipe work at Stage 1 Pit STA 0+087 on Jalan Ir. H. Juanda, West Side Sespolwan, has been ongoing since September 26, 2025, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.

He admits that they made geometric adjustments to the median divider to optimize the traffic lanes at that location.

Then, the location of Pit STA 1+475, which is on the north side of Jalan T.B. Simatupang (FedEx intersection) after the East-East roundabout; has been underway since October 17, 2025, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.

To optimize the traffic lanes, they made geometric adjustments to the median and added barriers.

Then, for the phased excavation work in segment 2A STA 2+000 to STA 2+400, located in the median or the center of Jalan TB Simatupang, it has been ongoing since October 17, 2025, and is expected to be completed by December 15, 2025.

"At this location, work is conducted partially in shifts at night so that by morning the road can be traveled by vehicles," he explained.

Next, segment 2B, STA 2+400 to STA 2+800, has been under construction since September 26, 2025, and is expected to be completed by November 30, 2025.

Meanwhile, segments 3 and 4, namely STA 2+850 to STA 3+200 and STA 3+200 to STA 3+632, will have their work execution scheduled according to traffic density conditions.

Then, the fencing of the work area will be adjusted in size to accommodate vehicle mobilization on that road.

"During the work, there will be a reduction or narrowing of the road body," he uttered.

PT. CRCC's Work Execution Head (China Railway Construction Corporation), Syafrin, admitted that he had asked them to continue paying attention to the access in and out of the building affected by the work.

According to him, the project executor will also be fully responsible for the safety and security of road users (motorized and unmotorized) at the construction site.

Despite efforts have been made, he emphasizes that the work may need to be adjusted following the traffic engineering of the Christmas and New Year 2025-2026 event series that will be needed later.

As for road users, he urges them to avoid that particular road. They are expected to adjust to the established traffic diversion, obey traffic signs, follow the instructions of field officers, and prioritize safety on the road.

"We hope residents can understand and adjust their routes to avoid that road segment. Thank you for your understanding and attention," he stated.
