As many as 65 personnel of West Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency successfully extinguished fire that burned a Tegal food stall (warteg) on Jalan Duren Utara I, RT 07/02, Tanjung Duren Utara Urban Village, Grogol Petamburan District.

The Head Section of Operation for the Sub-agency, Syaiful Kahfi explained the fire incident was reported at 10:10 AM.
"We deployed 13 firetrucks with 65 personnel to the scene," he explained, Friday (11/14).
According to him, the fire that started on the second floor and spread to the other floors was localized at 10:24 AM and the cooling process was then carried out at 10:40 AM.
He added that the handling of the fire incident, which was suspected to have been caused by a gas cylinder leak while cooking, was declared complete at 11:08 AM.
"There were no fatalities in this incident, but losses are estimated to reach hundreds of millions of rupiah," he added.
Meanwhile, one of the local residents, Bondan said the fire was first seen blazing from the second floor of the rented house which was being used as a Warteg.
"We tried to extinguish the fire, but failed. Thanks to the quick response of the sub-agency ranks," he said.
