East Jakarta Social Sub-agency provided assistance for fire survivors on Jalan Angsana RT 11/10, Utan Kayu Utara, Matraman, Friday (10/17). The fire incident happened at the location on Wednesday (10/15) at 4:53 PM.

Acting Head of East Jakarta Social Sub-agency said there were 10 items of in-kind assistance and 34 items of clothing, including school supplies, for fire survivors. The aid was distributed directly to affected residents, witnessed by neighborhood associations and urban village representatives.

"The assistance were given according to the urban village request. Hopefully this will lighten their burden," he hoped.

The in-kind assistance provided was in the form of two five-kilogram bags of rice, two boxes of instant noodles, two liters of packaged cooking oil, four bottles of sweet soy sauce, eight cans of sardines, four packs of biscuits, and two boxes of 600 milliliter bottled mineral water.

Meanwhile, household needs, clothing and school uniforms consist of two dustpans, two mops, two brooms, two ladles, two water scoops, two toilet brushes, and two jerrycans of floor cleaners.

Next, four packs of sanitary napkins, two coconut brooms, three school bags, two towels, two toothbrushes, two toothpastes, two shampoos, two liquid soaps, three pairs of shoes.

Two adult blankets, two packs of koko shirts, two bras, two pairs of men's underwear, two pairs of women's underwear, two sweatpants, two sarongs, two t-shirts, two house dresses, two prayer robes, and two songkoks.

Also two elementary school uniforms, two middle school uniforms, two high school uniforms, six pairs of socks, four sandals, two napkins, and four goodie bags.
