Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung and Transportation Minister, Dudy Purwagandhi held a meeting to discuss about acceleration of transportation projects in Jakarta. The projects are construction of Dukuh Atas Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and improving train station connectivity.

The meeting was held at Mandiri University, Jalan Tanah Abang Timur, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Monday (9/29).
"There have been several unresolved issues. Thankfully, an agreement has been reached, and we have also received several approvals from the central government to the Jakarta administration," said Pramono.
Pramono explained that Dukuh Atas TOD will connect four transportation modes namely LRT, MRT, KRL, and Airport Train. The meeting also discussed a merger of Karet and BNI Stations.
According to Pramono, this effort will improve transportation connectivity in Jakarta. The TOD development is targeted for completion in 2027.
"Everyone who passes through Dukuh Atas will not get rained on, it is well connected," he explained.
Pramono also reported positive progress on a number of other projects, including the MRT extension phase from Bundaran HI to Kota Tua, the LRT project from Kelapa Gading to Manggarai, and the resolution of obstacles to the construction of the West-East MRT line in Senen.
"It has been discussed and solved," he added.
Meanwhile, Transportation Minister, Dudy Purwagandhi stated today's meeting discussed the resolution of integrated transportation development problems in Jakarta, including the Dukuh Atas TOD Station.
"We discussed about TOD on Jalan Sudirman, Dukuh Atas Station, and other things related with transportation," he stated.
He hopes the integrated transportation development plan can be realized soon. He assessed that increased synergy between the central government and the Jakarta Provincial Government will accelerate the provision of comfortable public transportation for the public.
