The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) is urging Jakartans to prepare themselves with umbrellas and rain coats as it predicts that rain will pour over Jakarta.

"Light rain from morning to noon," stated BMKG's official site, Tuesday (8/19).

Then from afternoon to evening, cloudy is expected in Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Seribu Islands.

Today's temperature ranges from 23 to 28 degrees Celsius with air humidity between 74 and 96 percent.
