East Jakarta Mayor, Munjirin supports the education Healthy Lifestyle for students.
We're targeting to be free BABS in two years from now
Munjirin said that the education must be given since early age to be well-implemented at school and home.
"I also appreciate the private company, PT KAO Indonesia, for getting involved in the activity," he said, Monday (6/9).
He also invited PT KAO Indonesia to collaborate in providing health sanitation for residents to avoid defecate indiscriminately (BABS).
"We're targeting to be free BABS in two years from now," he added.
One of the students of SMA Al Kenaniyah, Marisa admitted happy and appreciated the education about healthy lifestyle.
"Today's activities make us understand more about how important health is in human life," she admitted.
Meanwhile, President Director of PT KAO Indonesia, Shoichi Hasegawa, explained this activity was run as part of the company's commitment to school-age children as agents of change.
"This healthy lifestyle education is an important part of our 40-year journey, as well as a real manifestation of social contribution," he explained.
