Bank DKI continues to expedite the recovery process of its service systems. After reopening the Off-Us ATM service, interbank transfer services via the Real Time Online (RTOL) scheme in the JakOne Mobile app have returned to normal and are available for customers.

He expressed his apologies for the inconvenience experienced by customers during the system recovery process.

"This recovery process is done comprehensively and carefully, prioritizing system security and customer comfort, and is therefore conducted in stages," he expressed, Tuesday (5/6).

He explained the confidentiality and security of data, as well as customer funds, remain well protected during the recovery period. He assured the client's funds would be safe during the recovery process.

"We understand that this recovery process causes inconvenience for customers. However, this is our commitment to enhance the comfort, security, and quality of digital services at Bank DKI," he explained.

Bank DKI also ensures that every issue that may arise has been followed up and resolved in the best possible way.

"As a commitment to excellent service, Bank DKI regularly conducts monitoring and testing of systems to ensure operational stability and smooth services," he explained.

Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi Arie also expressed his gratitude for the support of the customers. He greatly appreciated the patience of the customers during the system maintenance process.

"For customers who still have difficulties, we provide access to complaints, starting from the call center, visits to the nearest branch office, to direct messages via our official social media channels," he added.

Besides JakOne Mobile, interbank transfer transactions can also be conducted via 24-hour Bank DKI ATM Network.

Currently, Bank DKI operates more than 750 ATM units spread across various strategic points in Jakarta area and its surroundings, including in urban village and sub-district offices, shopping centers, terminals, stations, and so forth.

Bank DKI also has an ATM network in other major cities such as Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, and Lampung. It is also available at ATMs in the Bersama and Prima networks.

Interbank transfer transactions can also be conducted via the Network of Bank DKI and Bank DKI Syariah Branch/Branch Offices on business days.

Operational services at all Bank DKI Branch Offices are functioning normally and accessible to customers to optimally meet their banking needs, including cash deposit and withdrawal transactions (savings and checking), inter-account transfers within Bank DKI, and inter-bank transfers through SKNBI and RTGS.

Corporate customers can still perform interbank transfer services using SKNBI and RTGS available in Bank DKI's cash management system.
