Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, appreciated Baznas Bazis Jakarta for its role in assisting students to retrieve their withheld diplomas

He said they play an important role in clearing or settling administrative fees to make students collect their withheld diplomas.

The statement above was conveyed in the inauguration ceremony of the Bazis Bazis Jakarta Leader for 2025-2030 and the Head of Jakarta Mosque Management Center for the Center for Islamic Studies and Development of the 2025-2027 Islamic Period at Great Hall, Jakarta City Hall, Friday (5/2).

"Thanks to Baznas Bazis for their role in clearing the diplomas that were held up, totaling more than six thousand," he expressed.

He aims to complete 6,652 withheld diplomas this year. Today, 371 students received assistance for the second phase. Previously, the Jakarta Government had handed over diplomas to 117 students.

In total, 488 students had received a diploma waiver program worth Rp1.69 billion. The issue of diploma withholding primarily occurs in private schools and religious schools.

Hopefully, this assistance could alleviate the burdens of students from low-income families.

"I am confident that their involvement (baznas bazis) brings outstanding benefits," he asserted.

- Vice Chair I for Collection Section: Dr. KH. A. Nur Alam Bakhtiar

- Vice Chair II for Utilization Field: Ir. H. Muhammad Bahaudin, S.Pd.I., S.E

- Vice Chair III for Finance Section: Hj. Sholihah, S.E., M.A

- Vice Chair IV for Human Resources Section: Prof. Dr. H. Bunyamin, M.Pd.I

"Representing the Regional Leadership of Jakarta, I extend my best wishes for your work, and I hope you all can work well," he added.

He also inaugurated the Leadership of the Central Study and Development of Islam Jakarta Grand Mosque for 2025-2027 period. This appointment was made based on various considerations.

"My full support for you in running your duties to work as best as you can for the people, for all of us," he closed.
