As many as 21 vehicles were controlled during Lintas Jaya Operation in three different locations on Thursday (3/20) night up to Friday (3/21) dawn.

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency's Operation Section, Riki Erwinda said the Lintas Jaya Operation targeted illegal parking that was complained on JaKi application.

"The operation involved 73 joint personnel of Transportation Sub-agency, Satpol PP, and Army/Police," he said, Friday (3/21).

In details, 15 vehicles were ticketed, and six transports were grounded.

"The six vehicles must be grounded since the documents have expired," he added.

Riki explained the operation was held on Jalan Raya Hamengkubuwono IX, in front of Pulogebang Terminal, and on Jalan Pangkalan Jati.

"Hopefully this sanction given will give the deterrent effect," he hoped.
