The East Jakarta administration was awarded the Paritrana Awards 2023 from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The award was received by East Jakarta, Mayor Muhammad Anwar at a hotel on Jalan Hayam Wuruk No. 6, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (2/27).

According to him, the award was given, as the East Jakarta administration was deemed capable of providing health insurance for workers, especially vulnerable workers such as RT/RW administrators and PJLP in their area.

"In the future, we will reach out to other vulnerable workers, thus they are protected by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This is for the future of all East Jakarta residents," he asserted, Wesnesday (2/28).

Rawamangun Branch BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Head, Deni Suwardani revealed his party is currently working to ensure that vulnerable workers in each RT/RW are protected.

"We're currently implementing the one RW program for 100 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants for vulnerable workers," he explained.

He hoped that the social protection program for vulnerable workers in each RW could be realized as soon as possible.
