PPSU personnel from Selong Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, South Jakarta, deployed to clear the sidewalks and kanstine blocks around the ASEAN Secretariat Building, Jalan Sisingamangaraja, and Jalan Trunojoyo.

Selong Urban Village Head, Mursanih said the cleanup action carried out by PPSU was aimed at welcoming the upcoming ASEAN Summit in Jakarta, which is slated from February to September 2023.

"We also send firemen to do the spraying which is then brushed by the PPSU personnel until it is clean," he expressed, Tuesday (1/17).

Together with South Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency, he also rearranged the kanstine blocks to make them look brighter and neater by painting them in black and white.

"In the future, every Saturday and Sunday, PPSU will also be deployed to carry out regional arrangements according to their duties and functions during the ASEAN Summit," he stated.
