Jakarta Council (DPRD) determined 26 proposed Regional Regulation Drafts (Raperda) to be discussed in Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda) 2022 at Plenary Meeting in Jakarta DPRD Building, Monday (11/15).
We hope that things have been programmed can accommodate all the interests of community
Jakarta DPRD's Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) Deputy Chairman, Dedi Supriadi hoped those Raperda proposals can be discussed as well as possible in order to produce regional regulations that are fair, prioritize public interest, have legal certainty, and provide benefits.
"We hope that things have been programmed can accommodate all the interests of community thus goals can be realized," he mentioned at Jakarta DPRD Building.
The 26 Raperda that have been determined to be discussed in Propemperda 2022 are as follows;
1. Raperda on Accountability for Implementation of APBD for fiscal year 2021
2. Raperda on Revised APBD for fiscal year 2022
3. Raperda on APBD for fiscal year 2023
4. Raperda on Non-Smoking Area
5. Raperda on Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibilities
6. Raperda on Education Implementation and Management
7. Raperda on Utilities Network
8. Raperda on Implementation of Respect, Protection and Fulfillment of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
9. Raperda on Amendments to Regional Regulation No. 1/2018 concerning Regional Medium-Term Development Plans for 2017-2022
10. Raperda on Regional Financial Management
11. Raperda on Provincial Industrial Development 2021-2041
12. Raperda on Regional Spatial Plan 2030
13. Raperda on Ease of Doing Business
14. Raperda on Implementation of Food System
15. Raperda on Regional Energy General Plan
16. Raperda on Electronic Road Pricing
17. Raperda on Jakarta Transportation Master Plan
18. Raperda on Community Participation in Implementation of Local Government
