The Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency is conducting a repair work on the Karya Island inner ring road in Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.

Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Hendri said, it was carried out along 240 meters with 125 cm width.

"The repair is taken up to 5 cm depth Until today the progress has touched seven meter," he expressed, Sunday (8/1).

According to him, the road is an access road for residents who want to make pilgrimages or funerals at the Karya Island Public Cemetery (TPU).

"Herein, we send around 20 personnel the location. It has been ongoing since July 29 and is targeted to be complete in August," he stated.
