Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency cleaned up channels at RW 01, Untung Jawa Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district.

Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Hendri mentioned, his side had collected mud and garbage as much as 14 sacks from 345.6 meters long channel at RT 01, 11 sacks from 200,9 meters long channel at RT 02, and 9 sacks from 355.8 meters long channel at RT 03.

"We also clean up infiltration wells at RW 01 with total 14 sacks of mud and garbage," he added, Monday (6/28).

This channel dredging work was carried out on June 26-27, 2021.

"In this routine maintenance, we hope channels and infiltration wells can be optimal in holding water. Thus it can minimize inundation in the area," he closed.
