Four firefighters spray disinfectant in SDN Pulau Kelapa 01 and 02 Pagi, Kelapa Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district, which aim to curb the spread of COVID-19.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue Sub-agencies Sector 7 Head, Buang Miharja stated it was done, as the schools were used as a place for distributing Cash Social Assistance (BST) on February 20-21.

"It is carried out in all classrooms, school grounds, toilets, parking lots, parks and offices. We spend about 15 liters of disinfectant liquid," he expressed, Monday (2/22).

Kelapa Island Urban Village Government Division Head, Muslim added the yesterday's BST distribution went smoothly without problems and implememted stricker health protocols.

"All must apply health protocols and have their body temperature checked. Alhamdulillah it went well and today's disinfection is just for prevention," he stated.
