Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicted rain to fall in several Jakarta regions today.

BMKG's Public Relation Head, Achmad Taufan Maulana mentioned, cloudy in Jakarta this morning. But in afternoon, light rain will fall in West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and thunderstorm in South Jakarta and East Jakarta.

"This evening, light rain will fall in West Jakarta and Thousand Islands. While at tomorrow's dawn, light rain will fall in Thousand Islands," he mentioned, Friday (1/8).

Today's temperature in Jakarta could reach 24-32 degrees Celsius with humidity 80-95 percent.

His side also reminded residents to be aware of thunderstorm that is potential to occur in a short duration in North Jakarta, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, and East Jakarta this morning.
