PT Transjakarta President Director Sardjono Jhony Tirtokusumo says, his party has managed to carry as many as 131,454,252 passengers throughout 2020.

As quoted from the Instagram account @pt_transjakarta, he stated, the Transjakarta also managed to several achievements including the launching of a bridge construction, as well as an integrated relationship between Corridor 3 TJ CS2 Bus Stop and the ASEAN MRT Station last January.

Then was the achievement of 1,006,579 customers per day, preventing the spread of COVID-19 on public transportation and providing special Java Jazz festival services and services during the revitalization of Manggarai Train Station last February.

Last March, the bus stop had been equipped with a portable sink in collaboration with PAM Jaya, PD PAL Jaya, Jaya Kontruksi and Jakarta Bazis Baznas, as well as providing services for hospital and puskesmas personnel to date.

Further in April, Transjakarta held activities for the distribution of masks and hand sanitizers, which was a CSR program for private companies to customers and officers. Then launched a website for Transjakarta services amid the pandemic, namely covid19.transjakarta.co.id and there was a celebration of Kartini Day by appreciating female duties by giving flowers and chocolates.

In May, they had distributed groceries to regular angkot (public minivan) drivers, protective gears to puskesmas, 1,550 staple goods aid to residents around the Transjakarta depot.

In June, they had made over the Tanah Abang transit area, campaigning #bangkitbersama held together with MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta. In July, his party signed a principal agreement for the implementation of the integration system, conducted a public trial for electric buses on the EV1 route, reactivated royal trans services and by ordering method through the TIJE application. The company also provided vanding machines for e-money cards at Transjakarta bus stops and held a live Tjubit (Tjuan Bareng Transjakarta) program on the Instagram account, @pt_transjakarta.

While in August, they held a virtual flag ceremony for Independence Day's 75th Anniversary that was aired via the official YouTube and Instagram owned by PT Transjakarta.

In September, they launched The All New Mikrotrans that was released on the occasion of national customer day and provided a portable sink for persons with disabilities.

In October, they launched TIJE application with its advanced features that made customer mobility easier during the pandemic.

Then rebuilt the damaged bus stops affected by the demonstration on October 8. It was realized in collaboration with related ranks of the Jakarta Provincial Government.

In November, all bus stops had free WiFi and launched a 50 percent cashback program via LinkAja for purchasing QR tickets.

Lastly in December, the low emission zone trial in Kota Tua area and the re-operation of GR 4 and 5, as well as the Pasar Baru Bus Stop construction, which lasted until January 16, 2021. In the same month, the temporary BI Bus Stop also started operating during the MRT Phase 2 construction.
