Bank DKI officially operates a Learning Center as education facilities and employee development, which is located at Jalan Wijaya I No. 7, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Bank DKI Obedience Director Ateng Rivai expressed, Learning Center is in line with the direction of shareholders and OJK, which is very concerned about the development and improvement of the quality of Bank DKI's Human Resources.
It would be a center for the development of quality HR competences capable of presenting professional, adaptive, and characterful people, thus it could encourage sustainable performance growth and its vision.
"It has three floors with a millennial, cozy and technology concept supported by the latest technology in order to support atmosphere of education and development. It is also completed with Mini Bank and Computer Lab as a place for service practices and banking operational," he expressed, Wednesday (12/30).
In the future, he explained, it would also have the Bank DKI service office. It was also in line with the trust of BI to Bank DKI in smoothing its functions as a job training institute in providing training and frontline profession certification as the implementation of the payment system and money management program (SPPUR) and that could be used by other BPDs.
"Thank you for the support and trust given by regulators and shareholders for Bank DKI's commitment in developing HR," he said.
In that occasion, Jakarta BP BUMD Head Faisal Syafruddin, expressed his support to Bank DKI that had developed Learning Center.
"Surely it can be a model for other BUMDs to encourage collaboration between BUMDs in Jakarta in the field of HR development, including in BUMD Academy," he expressed.
