South Thousand Islands reactivates Integrated Disaster Management Post at sub-district and urban village levels.
In this post, we also want a quicker response if disaster occurs by operating this post for 24 hours
South Thousand Islands Sub-district Head, Angga Saputra stated, this post is reopened as an anticipation for flood, tidal flood, and strong wind disasters which are potential to occur during rainy season.
"In this post, we also want a quicker response if disaster occurs by operating this post for 24 hours," he conveyed.
He explained that local residents can immediately report if disaster occurs or need assistance.
"It involves cross-sectoral parties, including elements of society. Thus we will help to handle every disaster quickly," he mentioned.
