Kedoya Utara Urban Village Head Tubagus Masarul Iman expressed it had been ongoing since October 22 and was targeted to be complete in three weeks.
"It is conducted to anticipate inundation in RT 01-06/RW 11, RT 012 and 014/RW 07," he said, Monday (10/26).
To optimize it, his side had alerted one heavy equipment and six trucks at the location plus eight personnel assisted by PPSU.
"The channel will be deepened by two meters," he said.
