The Central Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency socializes assessment reporting obligations to companies and office building managers.
Making assessment data is for tracking if new cases of COVID-19 are detected
According to Kartika Lubis, Division Head of Supervision, during transitional PSBB, every guest who came to an office or company was required to fill in data in the form of name, telephone number and six-digit citizenship identity number from the front.
Further the company should report the assessment data filled by the visitors to her division.
"Making assessment data is for tracking if new cases of COVID-19 are detected. Later we will send it to the Health Agency," she disclosed, Wednesday (10/14).
Her party would continuously monitor health protocols in each company and office during the transition period.
According to Gubernatorial Regulation number 101/2020, she added, essential sector companies were allowed to hire employees as needed and split the working hours into separate time divisions.
As for companies in non-essential sectors were allowed to operate at a capacity of 50 percent of capacity, with the same division of working hours with the essential sectors.
"Closure and fines sanctions are still in effect for those who violate it," she asserted.
