The Jakarta Investment and One-stop Integrated Services (PM and PTSP) Agency has reopened face-to-face services to the public under new normal protocols, which have been ongoing since June 15.

He explained
, this policy applies to employees and visitors that is by wearing masks, increasing the frequency of washing hands with soap, checking body temperature for employees and visitors at every access, providing preventive facilities and infrastructure such as, thermal scanners, masks, hand sanitizers and others in the work environment."We also limit the number of queues in service rooms to a maximum of 50 percent of normal capacity," he explained.
He added the interior layout is also set, such as the seat distance must be one meter to maintain physical distancing between employees and visitors.
"It also applies to the PM and PTSP Agency's 316 Executing Units spread over all offices of mayor, regent, urban village and sub-district," he told.
Therefore, applicants who want to come to the Public Service Mall, must first queue online via ptsp.jakarta.go.id/antrian/.
"Certainly they must be in healthy before visiting and accessing the service to give the impression of being safe and comfortable. When they arrive, officers will check their body temperature first,” he stated.
