The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) on Sunday issued a warning of possible light-medium rainfall in parts of Jakarta.

"This morning is cloudy," said BMKG's Public Relations Division Head, Achmad Taufan Maulana, Sunday (5/31).

In the afternoon, light rain is predicted to hit East and South Jakarta. In the evening until at dawn, weather will be cloudy.

Temperatures are expected to be in the range of 24 to 33 degrees Celsius with humidity of 80 to 95 percent and northwestern-northeastern wind speeds of 05 to 20 kilometers per hour.

His side also urges people to be aware of rain accompanied by strong winds and lightning with a short duration in South and East Jakarta areas in the afternoon.
