East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency optimizes services for the residents even though Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) emergency period in Jakarta is extended until April 19, 2020.

East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Head, Nurrahman said, not only opening the office, but his side also offers online service via Alpukat Betawi application that can be accessed through WhatsApp 081388590204.

"We also serve people online. There are also personnel on duty who are on standby to serve people related to printed data or documents," he added, Tuesday (4/7).  

East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency's Registration Section Head, Puji Yanti informed, residents can also access dukcapil service via WhatsApp at 081388590204.

"Services related to dukcapil documents can be asked to our WhatsApp contact and don't forget to attach the required documents. We will follow it up as soon as possible," she conveyed.
