The Untung Jawa Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands has set up a COVID-19 Response post in the village office plaza in order to optimally prevent the spread of coronavirus.
We continue to optimize monitoring amid coronavirus outbreaks
Untung Jawa Island Urban Village Head Supriyadi said the post itself is guarded by urban village ASN, Satpol PP, puskesmas medics, army and police. Every day, they conduct monitoring and socialization to citizens related to coronavirus.
"We continue to optimize monitoring amid coronavirus outbreaks," he expressed, Wednesday (3/25).
During monitoring, officers visit to residential areas to ensure that no residents, especially children, are active outside the home and conduct body temperature tests for locals who have just arrived from the land.
"We urge them to routinely wash hands after doing any activities and not leaving the house and the island," he stressed.
