The Jakarta Environment Agency continues to intensify socialization about environmentally friendly shopping bags to phase out plastic bags in accordance with the Gubernatorial Regulation number 142/2019.

"It is precisely held in 55 malls in Jakarta, as well as 83 Indonesian shopping center management associations. We have held focus group discussions with Perumda Pasar Jaya, which manages 153 traditional markets," expressed Jakarta Environment Agency Head, Andono Warih, Thursday (2/27).
Through socialization, this policy has been applied in a number of shopping centers.
