Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) held a meeting with 66 agriculture instructors throughout Jakarta.

Jakarta KPKP Department Head, Darjamuni mentioned, agriculture instructors are the frontliner who develop agriculture in Jakarta. Through this meeting, he hopes they can contribute by playing a major role in optimizing food security development in Jakarta.

"Hopefully, by teaching people about agriculture, more people can be involved in developing city's agriculture sector which is the duty and function of KPKP Department," he conveyed at Jakarta KPKP Department Office, Jalan Gunung Sahari Raya, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (1/14).  

In globalization era, he assessed, agriculture instructures should also have adaptive capabilities with advances in technology and information by working fast, effective, and efficient; able to collaborate with various sides; and have capability to develop entrepreneurial skills.

"Those four points above should be owned by all agriculture instructors in DKI Jakarta as the 4.0 generation agriculture instructor," he stated.
