The Kampung Rambutan AKAP bus Terminal, East Jakarta has departed 28,165 passengers using 1,644 buses to travel out of Jakarta since D-6 or on December 19 until D-2 or on December 23.

"Most go on holiday to Central Java, West Java, East Java, Banten and Sumatra," expressed Kampung Rambutan AKAP bus Terminal Head, Made Joni, Tuesday (12/24).

In details, the terminal has departed 2,328 passengers on D-6, 5,338 passengers on D-5, 6,975 passengers on D-4, 6,079 passengers on D-3 and 6,445 passengers on D-2.

"Predictably the peak of homecoming flow during Christmas and New Year holidays will occur in the afternoon until at night," he explained.

To ensure homecoming and returning flow, the terminal also has synergized with national army and police.

"We have mobilized 50 joint personnel," he said.
