After the Kenari Market, the Perumda Pasar Jaya has also prepared the Metro Atom Market, Pasar Baru, Central Jakarta as an alternative location for peddlers to use the former Senen Market.

Perumda Pasar Jaya Director Arief Nasrudin said the Atom Market was chosen in accordance with the direction of the Central Jakarta Mayor and the desire of used clothing peddlers.

"We will renovate the market in order to accommodate 104 peddlers," he expressed, Monday (12/2).

He assessed the market is now quite busy, because many thematic peddlers sell there, thus they do not need to worry about the lack of buyers.

Even every peddler can contract the existing stalls without having to buy. His side will also provide free rental for the next six months after placement.

"They can enjoy if after occupying the market. After six months, they can rent about a month or a year. The important is the certainty from the peddlers first," he stated.
