Along with the inauguration of the Marhamas Park as a seed center and plantation products managed by citizens, the Marunda Flat Tower, Cilincing, North Jakarta will later be designed as a new tourist destination.

Jakarta Deputy Assistant for Environmental Affairs Yuli Hartono said the park is believed to be driving the economy of the citizens.
"We expect towers like this in Jakarta. Thus citizens enjoy, feel like in their community before being relocated," she expressed, Wednesday (10/9).
She explains the Jakarta Provincial Government also plans to make a 3,000-square-meter width interaction park around the flat and to integrate the Si Pitung House and Al Alam Mosque with the Marunda Flat.
"This integration is our hope. We want to attract tourists to visit here," she expressed.
Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Agency's Guidance, Control and Public Participation Division Head Melly Budiarti explained, the Marhamas Park is managed by 20 people. They grow a variety of vegetables, ornamental plants and medicine plants to be distributed to several large retail businesses.
"The Marunda Flat has a sufficient area. But we will take this to other towers thus they can be adapted to improve the economy of the citizens," she stated.
