East Jakarta Vice Mayor Uus Kuswanto opens the Science For All exhibition event at SMKN 24, Jalan Bambu Hitam, Bambu Apus, Cipayung.

He stated the exhibition that lasted until Wednesday (10/10) has 60 types of science teaching aids from various models, ranging from water rocket launches, guessing the date of birth, normal curves, tangram, levers, pulley, gyroscope, energy transfer, etc.

"It is hoped able to motivate and inspire the students in SMKN 24," he expressed, Tuesday (10/8).

If they are motivated and inspired, they can also develop the world of science and can even create advanced technology.

"Besides, I also hope this science exhibitions like this can be an annual routine agenda in the future," he stated.

Research, Technology and Higher Education Ministry's Science and Technology Demonstration Center Director M Syachrial Annas added it is in accordance with the vision to introduce science and technology (Iptek) early on by displaying props in an interesting way thus students from elementary to senior high school who see it can be more interested.

"This is our starting point to work with the East Jakarta administration thus students want to learn about science," he stated.
