Central Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-department is constructing Communal Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) at Mardani Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), on Jalan Mardani Raya, Cempaka Putih Barat, Cempaka Putih.
We are targeting to complete it by the end of December
Central Jakarta SDA Sub-department Acting Head (Plt) mentioned, it costs Rp 2.6 billion to build Communal IPAL in order to reduce pollution caused by household wastewater.
"We are targeting to complete it by the end of December," he stated, Tuesday (9/3).
Communal IPAL is expected to accommodate household wastewater up to 75 house connection. Its maintenance is still the responsibility of third party for the next 6 months.
"We will take over the maintenance after 6 months," he added.
