The West Jakarta Administration made a fire communication forum at the sub-district level in an attempt to empower citizens to anticipate a fire disaster.

West Jakarta Vice Mayor, M Zen said that this forum is left to each sub-district. While the Fire and Rescue Sub-agency is assigned to intensify socialization.

"Local urban village heads are also asked to collect data on the fire-prone areas in at least two RW areas," he expressed.

On the other hand, the West Jakarta Fire and Rescue Sub-agency Head, Abdul Chalik also made an environmental fire resilience system throughout urban village areas involving dasa wisma.

"We're also about to stick a fire-prone sticker to people's homes involving dasa wisma cadres. Later on, the report will be sent through the Jakarta Carik app," he said.
