The Thousand Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-agency keeps campaigning to end the flow of plastic into our oceans, especially waters on Sebira Island, North Thousand Islands.
This is an effort to reduce plastic waste and create a clean and beautiful island
According to Neneng Rohaneni, Sub-division Head of Thousand Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-Agency's Administration, 40 tumblers have been shared freely to optimize the campaign.
"This is an effort to reduce plastic waste and create a clean and beautiful island," she expressed, Thursday (7/4).
She stressed that clean and beautiful conditions must be maintained and people's awareness must also be grown.
"The most important thing is its socialization can run well," she exclaimed.
Then other efforts that have been made for an advance tourism sector are fostering dance and local culture to kids and teenagers. Thus they are ready when needed to receive guests or tourists who come to Sebira Island.
