The Jakarta Provincial Government is about to host the National Sports Discussion Forum, which takes theme "National Sports unite for the sake of glory". 

It will take place at Grand Cempaka Business Hotel, which is one of the business units of PT Jakarta Tourisindo (Jaktour).

"This is a pride for us, particularly sport people in Jakarta," said Jakarta National Sports Council (KONI Jaya) Committee Chairperson, Djamhuron P Wibowo, at Grand Cempaka Business Hotel, Jalan Letjen Suprapto, Cempaka Puith, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (6/18) night.

He explained that his side very supports and concern on efforts to advance sports. It is because besides being related to achievements through sports, unity can continue to be improved.

"This meeting absorbs and discusses KONI's proposals to find out solution and is recommended to the central KONI," he explained.

Thus far there has been Presidential Regulation Number 95/2017 on Increasing National Sports Achievement.

"We agree that the existing rules do not overlap with each other to optimize the training of athletes," he stressed.

For PON XX in Papua, the city is optimistic will get the best achievement by becoming the overall champion again.

"We have the motto, Mari Bung Rebut Kembali, which we continue to instill in athletes. KONI also has a Performance Improvement Control Team," he told.

PT Jaktour Commissioner, Budi Siswanto added that it becomes an arena to promote PT Jaktour's business units to the administrators of the regional KONI.

"We continue to increase the company revenue and are ready to give the best service, including to provide souvenirs," he stated.
