Pancoran Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Unit cleans up water channel on Jalan Kalibata Tengah III, Kalibata Urban Village, Pancoran, South Jakarta.

Pancoran SDA Unit Head, Supriyanto deploys 16 personnel to clean the channel since Wednesday (6/12). Until now, they have dredged 1,170 sacks full of mud sedimentation.

"Mud sedimentation thickness reaches 20-30 centimeters. We use sack, hoe, cart, and crowbar to collect the mud. Hopefully it can help water to flow optimally," he said, Saturday (6/15).

Until today, personnel have cleaned the channel around 30 meters long. This channel is as wide as 70 centimeters and 1 meters depth.
