Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has departed 17,427 people registered in free homecoming program from Silang Monas, Gambir, Central Jakarta. It is a form of appreciation for citizens who have worked throughout the year.
"They contribute to the progress of the capital and move the economy," he expressed, Thursday (5/30).
Surely it is very helpful in which they do not need to think about the cost of buying a homecoming ticket.
Jakarta Transportation Agency Acting Head, Sigit Wijatmoko expressed that the city also provides transportation service to Jakarta for free.
"We also serve bike transportation," he stressed.
As reported earlier, the free homecoming program includes 10 cities, namely Ciamis, Kuningan, Tegal, Pekalongan, Semarang, Kebumen, Solo, Wonogiri, Yogyakarta and Jombang.
