A number of movable concrete barriers (MCB) is attached on the south side of Jalan Pancoran, Glodok, West Jakarta, Thursday (5/9).

"It is conducted to minimize illegal parking," said West Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Acting Head, Leo Amstrong.

Usuing the MCB, he explained, would make it difficult for the bikers to park on the roadside, as they will be pushed from behind by other vehicles. This is a basic concept.

"After its installation, our officer will monitor the situati on of the road," he stated.
