The West Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-agency injects aid for culinary business equipment for citizens who had participated in the Integrated Entrepreneurship Development (PKT) training program for making kue kering (cookies) and bir pletok (a herbs and spices-based beverage).

West Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-agency Head, Ahmad Ayala hoped that they could continue to grow rapidly with its business units.

"The equipment given are gas stoves, mixers, gas cylinders, basins and pans," he expressed.

At the same place, Placement and Productivity Training Section Head, I Gusti Ketut Suastika added that the training was participated by 450 people.

"Hopefully they can care and use its equipments well," he hoped.

Isnawati (43), a member of PKT from Kedoya Utara, Kebon Jeruk admitted that he is happy for the aid of business equipment.

"I hope it can be useful to open a bir pletok business with my husband," she expressed, Wednesday (5/8).

Before joining PKT program, she only helps her parents' restaurant business every day.

"My husband also like to cook, so we agreed to open a food stall and sell bir pletok," she told.
