Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-department (Sudinhub) personnel intensifies traffic management and monitoring in Tanah Abang during Ramadan.
We encourage our personnel to be more proactive when there is heavy traffic in several locations
Central Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Harlem Simanjuntak conveyed to deploy 70 personnel per work shift to manage the traffic. There are two work shifts, 7 AM-1 PM and 1 PM-5 PM.
"There is no traffic engineering. But we encourage our personnel to be more proactive when there is heavy traffic in several locations," he stated, Wednesday (5/8).
He hopes traffic management can make traffic flow in Tanah Abang becomes better.
"Hopefully we can manage traffic as well as last year," he expressed.
