The use of public transportation during Car Free Day along Jalan Sudirman - Jalan MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta kept being socialized.

It involved Indika Radio 91.60 FM by taking theme "Moving People Connecting Communities.
Jakarta Transportation Agency Acting Head, Sigit Wijatmoko disclosed that it was aimed to attract people using public transportation and parse traffic jam and improve air quality in the capital.
"I really appreciate all regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) in field of Transportation, which has actively participated in socializing the use of public transportation," he expressed, Sunday (4/21.
PT LRT Jakarta Corporate Secretariat Manager, Rifki Piyoh explained that Transjakarta, MRT and LRT would be integrated.
"We keep socializing and finalizing the preparation of LRT operations," he stressed.
PT LRT Jakarta Corporate Communication Officer, Santy Pradaini added that this socialization was expected effective, as Car Free Day visitors were crowded.
"We pack as best as we can to facilitate them, as well as socialize and encourage people to use public transportation," he said.
