To store more rain water, four absorptions will be developed on Jalan Raya Komarudin on the west side of JORR toll road, Penggilingan, Cakung.

"Six officers will be prepared to develop them with 12 diameter and 2 meters depth," expressed East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency Head, Juaini Yusuf, Monday (3/25).

Each well would have two units of concrete buis and its hole bottom is sprinkled with stone fragments and the top is covered using a hollow concrete slab.

"In overall, we want to have 40 wells in flood-prone areas which spread in 10 sub-districts," he stated.
