Some 60 students of Ar Rahman Kindergarten, Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands get fire education today, Friday (3/22).

"Materials given are about introduction of the role of firefighters, equipment, and fire prevention," disclosed South Thousand Islands Sector 8 Head, Eko Mahendro.

According to him, students were very happy and enthusiastic to participate, especially when invited to take a rescue team boat in the waters of Tidung Island.

Sari, one of teachers appreciates the education, as it gives information about dangers of fire and electricity, which could have an impact on fires.

"Thank you for teaching our students here," she stated.
