Jakarta DPRD wants Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Tenacity (KPKP) Dept. to accelerate Poultry Slaughterhouse (RPHU) construction next year.

Jakarta DPRD Commission B Chairman, Abdurahman Suhaimi assessed, RPHU needs to be built in Jakarta in order to ensure citizen's health and safe environment. According to plan, RPHU will be built in 2019 and focus in East Jakarta area.

"We have approved the budget. It will be located in Matraman and Pramuka," he conveyed, Thursday (12/13).

According to him, RPHU is very needed to prevent any illegal slaughterhouses that can cause health problems for locals.

"If government won't arrange it, then there will be more illegal slaughterhouses," he asserted.
