Seribu Islands District is going to provide creative economic training for the residents of Seribu Islands in anticipation of bad weather.

Seribu Islands District Regent, Husein Murad stated that the community needs to build awareness for disaster response and alertness.

"This training is given as a form of anticipation of bad weather because at that time fishermen could not go to sea," he expressed, Thursday (11/22).

In the training, the community is given materials to process breadfruit and batik.

"Not only that, to anticipate bad weather, we also built a joint information post, either on land or on the island," he stated.
