Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept. has examined 1,630 qurban animals in 41 locations. The examination team also provided stickers for animals that are worth sacrificing.

"1,630 animals are examined from 41 locations in eight sub-districts. They consist of 261 cows, 1,349 goats, and 20 sheep," expressed Bayu Sari Hastuti, Head of Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept., Wednesday (8/15).

Based on the examination results, there are detected one sick goat, one disabled goat and one underage goat. They are given a red cross mark.

"We appeal to people to buy qurban animals that have been given a sticker mark by the animal health examination team. For traders to separate animals that are not worthy of sacrifice," he stated.
