Central Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept., reported that heavy rain accompanied by strong winds occurred since noon until afternoon had led to 20 points of fallen tree. Luckily all of them could be evacuated and handled by the officers.

"These fallen trees are located at 26 points. But our officer has evacuated them," expressed Sabdo Kurnianto, Head of Central Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept., Monday (12/11).

There were several units involved in the process of tree evacuation, namely Forestry Sub-dept., Satpol PP, Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept. and PPSU. 

"No casualties here. The types of fallen trees are angsana, mahogany, banyan and so forth," he stated.
